HOWARD F. COOKE, DMD, MS
Dr. Cooke completed his specialty training in Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Texas and in 1997 he served as chief resident. Dr. Cooke is Board Certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Fellow of the American College of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and an Associate Member of the American College of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Cooke has lectured locally and nationally on various topics in Oral and Facial Reconstruction.
Dr. Cooke maintains active hospital affiliations with Charlton Methodist Hospital, methodist Medical Center of Dallas, Medical Center Lancaster and Las Colinas and serves as clinical faculty at St. Paul University Hospital.
Dr. Cooke is fluent in Russian and is a triathlete.

Every member of our surgical staff is an experienced, well trained oral and maxillofacial surgical assistant, who assists in administration of I.V. sedation and surgery. All our staff members are knowledgeable personnel who are well-versed in healthcare procedures, insurances, patient management and are CPR certified.
